It is easily my favorite medium. <br />"Watching live radio" must be some kind of oxymoron, but it is most enjoyable.Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11342965653157153772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2153888337668314458.post-55015401229941166372010-03-09T22:37:33.108-06:002010-03-09T22:37:33.108-06:00Greatest program ever - The Goon Show.Greatest program ever - The Goon Show.Mike Baumanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00718149425338227521noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2153888337668314458.post-10288767083602569732010-03-09T18:48:00.761-06:002010-03-09T18:48:00.761-06:00Your show sounds like a blast, Googs. I actually do a show from time to time out here in L.A. where I write my own radio serials and then have actors perform it live, like they did in the old days when they wanted real audience reactions in their broadcasts. Then I'll usually man the SFX table - balloon pops for gun shots, etc... All manual effects. It's a lot of fun, but definitely costs money to do! Still, it's great to see the Theater of the Mind being kept alive!Googshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05576931150389022349noreply@blogger.com
